Taiwo Solomon Ajisafe, the Deputy Director, Management Information System, Directorate of Information Technology and Media Services, University of Ibadan was born on 20th July 1969 in Imesi-Ile, Osun, State of Nigeria.  He lives in Ibadan, Oyo State and of Yoruba ethnicity.  He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State.  

He is a computer engineer, software developer and academics.  Ajisafe holds many certifications such as member of Nigeria Society of Nigeria (NSE), Member of Computer Professional of Nigeria (CPN), Nigerian Institution of Engineering Management (NIEM) and member of Nigeria Computer Society.
