Theme:      Transforming a University with Strong Team and Capabilities
Target:       ITeMS staff in all its units and other IT& media professionals in the University (80-120 participants )
Venue:       Digital Park building, close to Faculty of Technology Junction

Expected outcomes:  
i.    strengthening of team spirit among ITeMS staff.
ii.    develop, or review and communicate vision & mission statements.
iii.    performance review and identification of issues.
iv.    retreat report would serve as a blueprint for driving implementation of action plans.
